Thank you for shopping with Tully Botanical Skincare. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During busy periods, product launches or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.


UK Shipping

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Delivery

  • 2–4 business days

Express Delivery

  • 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe

  • 5–10 business days

United States & Canada

  • 7–14 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.


Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).


Delivery Delays

While we work closely with trusted delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Tully Botanical Skincare cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged parcel (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

We will work with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
