Refund policy

At Tully Botanical Skincare, we are committed to creating premium botanical skincare products with care and attention to quality. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make every shopping experience enjoyable.

Returns

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used or tampered-with products, unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error.

If you change your mind, you may return unused, unopened and sealed products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be in a resaleable condition
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product is faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is faulty
  • The incorrect item was sent
  • The product was damaged during transit

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Our products are made with carefully selected botanical ingredients. However, individual skin reactions may vary.

We recommend performing a patch test before first use.

We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless the product is found to be faulty or not as described.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
